- The advice to be provided to you through this website will be provided by Chartered Accountants with practising certificates located in Australia and generally pursuant to the law applicable in the State of New South Wales. You acknowledge and agree that the advice to be given through this website will have regard to income tax law and superannuation law as may be applicable from time to time.
- Subject to the provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Vital Docs absolutely disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness for any particular purpose of the advice given. Vital Docs gives no warranty that the advice will be free of errors, or that defects will be corrected, or that Vital Docs’s website or its server is free of viruses or any other harmful components.
- Vital Docs respects the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you and adheres to the national privacy principles established pursuant to the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth). All of the customer data Vital Docs collects is secured against unauthorised use or access. Credit card information is not stored by Vital Docs on its servers.
- Vital Docs does not sell or deal in personal or customer information. Vital Docs may however use in a general sense without any reference to your name, your information to create marketing statistics, identify user demands and to assist it in meeting customer needs generally.
- Vital docs may disclose information in good faith and we’re vital docs is required to do so: –
- by law or by any court;
- to enforce the terms of any of our client agreements;
- to protect the rights, property or safety of Vital Docs, its clients or third parties; or

- This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of Australia and any applicable state. If there is a dispute between you and Vital Docs that results in litigation then you submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts of Australia or the relevant State.

- These terms and conditions represent the whole agreement between you and Vital Docs concerning your use and access to this website. No other term is to be included in this agreement except where it is required to be included by any legislation of the Commonwealth or any State or Territory. All implied terms except those implied by statute and which can not be expressly excluded are hereby expressly excluded.
- All prices are shown in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include GST. Payments must be received in Australian currency. Vital Docs reserves the right to amend prices from time to time. Payment is required from you depending on the plan you select. You acknowledge and agree that there will be no refund for any unexpired portion of your agreed term.
Subscriptions Terms
- Membership is available to a single SMSF member or a single SMSF. You will generally be asked to provide the ABN of your SMSF so that the we can identify the party to whom advice is being given. The advice provided is intended solely for the use of that single SMSF or SMSF member.
- Each SMSF must obtain a separate membership.
- Membership is not available to professional advisers, unless they are an SMSF member and they subscribe on behalf of that fund.
- Your subscription runs on annual basis from the date you register. Paypal manages the subscription process and renewals.
- Where you subscribe to Unlimited questions SMSF Advice Hub applies a “reasonable use” policy.
- You can upgrade your subscription at any time. You will be refunded the unexpired portion of your current subscription and charged the annual fee for the upgraded subscription which will also reset your subscription to a new 12 month expiry date.
