1) How do I renew my current subscription?
Your subscription will be auto-renewed in PayPal automatically. You will receive a notification 7 days prior to the renewal taking place.
2) How do I upgrade to a higher subscription level?
Simply visit the Members page and select the Upgrade button. You will then be able to select and pay for the new subscription.
Any remaining credit from your current subscription will be applied as a pro rata credit for the new one.
3) How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply select cancel subscription from the membership page. This will also automatically cancel the auto-renewal in PayPal.
Alternatively you can log into PayPal, go to subscriptions and cancel your subscription from there.
